FARIBA ATIGHEHCHI
PRESIDENT & CEO
Mrs. Atighehchi is a second-generation investor and developer with over 30 years’ experience and has been involved in all aspects of the real estate industry. She has invested in and managed both commercial and residential multifamily. Fariba is particularly familiar with the Los Angeles market and has an immaculate record and reputation.
Fariba has been responsible for the acquisition and disposition of more than $1 billion of real estate in Southern California. Additionally, she has extensive knowledge of real estate development, property management, and financing. Over the past 10 years, Fariba has developed 10 successful housing projects in Los Angeles. Fariba acquired the properties worked on the design and development, the entitlement, construction, and eventually the financing and management, and ultimately the sale of the properties. Fariba has raised over $800 million of equity for investment in real estate acquisitions.
Fariba currently owns a mix of 8 market rate, multifamily and retail properties, which she also manages.
Her latest endeavor is a foray into affordable and workforce housing. She is currently developing 122 units of affordable housing and looking and has another 300 units and 15000 SF of retail in the pipeline.

HUGH MARTINEZ
VICE PRESIDENT OF DEVELOPMENT
Hugh Martinez is a native Angeleno with close to 20 years of real estate development experience. He holds a Bachelors in Business Administration from CSUN and a Masters in Real Estate Development from USC.
Mr. Martinez started his involvement with development and construction with Valley Crest Landscape development during his collegiate days where he was an assistant project manager on large scale projects in Santa Monica, West Hollywood, and Manhattan Beach.
Afterwards, he went on to serve as a project manager for several non-profit affordable housing developers including Los Angeles Housing Partnership, Jamboree Housing, and Clifford Beers Housing among others. He has developed over 1250 units of multifamily in a variety of submarkets from San Diego to Sacramento.
Hugh leveraged his success to become a partner at Western Pacific Housing. Additionally, he is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and currently pursuing CCIM certification. His knowledge of markets allows him to move quickly on potential opportunities as well as understand the social, economic, and political dynamics in a variety of markets

TANNAZ DELRAHIM
GENERAL MANAGER
Tannaz is a graduate of the University of California San Diego and brings to WPH over 10 years of corporate management and investor relations experience. Tannaz leads organizational wide compliance and oversees financial relationships with lenders and equity investors.

BRADY GUNTHER
REAL ESTATE DIRECTOR
Negin is the newest member of the WPH team and a 2020 graduate of the University of Southern California where she majored in Public Policy. Negin is a third generation real estate professional with experience in procuring construction materials for use in building affordable housing and has the passion to help the neediest members of the community. She has been involved in the development and construction of affordable housing.

Negin is the newest member of the WPH team and a 2020 graduate of the University of Southern California where she majored in Public Policy. Negin is a second generation real estate professional with experience with a passion for procuring affordable housing to the neediest members of the community.
